We have found that painting with other artists stimulates the creative process and motivates us to paint more regularly.

Rent is on a month to month basis, with a two month commitment to start, after a 4 week "get to know you/us" trial period.  See below for more info on this trial period.  Call or email for rent amount.

The total space is about 600 sq feet, divided into 4 rooms. The space has lots of windows, track lighting, a bathroom with a sink, and a porch for painting outside when the weather is nice.

While the primary purpose of this space is intended to be a place to paint with friends, the space is zoned retail and therefore, it can also be used as a working gallery. There is the potential to display your paintings for sale, and there is also the possibility of us hosting special events at this location, such as shows, workshops, classes, etc.

Get to Know You/Us Trial Period for Interested Renters
For new renters, there will be a "get to know you/us" trial period of 4 weeks, to make sure we are all compatible working together.  During that period, you will have access to the space whenever someone else is there.  There is usually someone there most weekdays from 9:30/10 until 2pm, and sometimes later.  After the trial period, you will be given a key so you can have access at any time.  Call or email for pricing.
